Thrifty Mumma Thrifty Bubba is a finalist! The Cotswold Blogger Awards contacted me to say that my blog had been nominated and has now reached the final stage of the ‘Lifestyle’ category.
To say I am delighted is an understatement. I actually felt quite emotional when I heard the news and had to wait a little while for it to sink in. I pressed publish fairly recently as blogs go. I started Thrifty Mumma Thrifty Bubba after my beautiful baby was born as I wanted somewhere to discuss Mummy moments and share hints and tips that have helped me on my journey through motherhood thus far. Becoming a Mummy is hands down the most rewarding life achievement I have experienced. Imagine my surprise when it transpired that other people actually find my posts useful and enjoy insights into our thrifty lifestyle. I never dreamed my blog would become anything more than a hobby. So, I am absolutely blown away to know that some of you have even gone as far as nominating me for an award. Thank you so much!
