Mummy reviewer series: Sqwishme seating

With Thrifty Bubba’s first birthday coinciding with the Royal wedding day last weekend was one big party!

When hosting a gathering it is important to have enough seating for your guests. Luckily, new Gloucestershire start up Sqwishme had invited us to try their bespoke seating range just in time!

Available in a variety of rainbow bright colours Sqwishme pride themselves on creating super soft furniture that is hard wearing and flexible so it can grow as your family evolves.

Rather sweetly, each UK made piece in the collection is named after one of the founder’s children.

The ‘Annabel’ armchair became a part of the furniture in our home and we were immediately impressed by how comfortable the seat was for both children and adults.

We enjoyed storytime on the generously proportioned seat which even Dadda could comfortably sit on.

As the seat is smaller than usual sofas, Bubba was able to pull herself up on it and she enjoyed snuggling the soft fabric and cushions.

Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre for adults yet remaining sturdy for children, we even used the seat on the patio of our garden to make use of the sunny weather.

If you are looking for fun, flexible furniture for your home, nursery or playroom then I would recommend Sqwishme for individual items which can be connected together in different combinations.

We trialled the Annabel chair from the Sqwishme range for one week – thank you again to the Sqwishme team. All opinions are our own.
