It’s National Breastfeeding Week and in celebration of this, I have written a blog post for Emma’s Diary sharing my six tips for breastfeeding in public.
It can feel daunting but, like most Mum situations, the more you do it the easier it becomes. Be kind to yourself – confidence grows with time and rest assured that you’re not the first Mum to breastfeed in public and you won’t be the last!
Are you a mum to be who is planning to breastfeed? Have you been there and done that? What helped you when you first breastfed in public? How did you make yourself more comfortable? What tried and tested tips did you use?
As always, thank you for reading. If you have any questions then please let me know – I’ll be more than happy to help!
For more hints, tips, bargains and finds you can follow me on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter too – I’ll look forward to seeing you there!
